Our Owner
Ranya Kargbo brings a rare blend of global health leadership and hands-on caregiving experience to Siesta Key Health Care Services. A former senior HR professional with the United Nations, Ranya has supported healthcare teams in over 60 countries, working at the intersection of peacekeeping, development, and humanitarian response.
She holds a Master’s degree from American University and a Bachelor’s from Superman College, and began her healthcare journey as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She is currently completing her Registered Nurse training at Keiser University.
Ranya’s commitment is deeply personal. She was the full-time caregiver for her mother, who lived with stroke-induced paralysis for 11 years, and for her father, who managed a tracheotomy for five years. These profound experiences—combined with her international credentials—drive her passion for compassionate, individualized care.
